That power was on full display in a BIG series victory for the baseball boys.
And while the Terps were blasting HRs on the diamond, some former Terps were having their dreams become a reality.

🔼 All White Everything. On Saturday, Terp fans were able to enjoy Maryland football for the first time since December’s thriller at the Music City Bowl.
Capping off Maryland Day, the Terps wrapped up their Spring Ball with their annual Spring game, which saw the white squad dominate the day, 34-3.
Quarterback MJ Morris was awarded the Keith "Special K" Moore Most Valuable Player Award. He led the White team and completed 6-of-8 passes for 65 yards, including a touchdown pass to Dylan Wade.
Defensive lineman Jordan Phillips was presented the Randy Starks Most Valuable Lineman Award. He led the Red team's defense with six tackles, including a half sack.

One Maryland Collective, the official NIL collective that serves student-athletes at the University of Maryland, recently partnered with Preakness Stakes, a historic American horse race.
The pairing is the first of its kind, providing a unique opportunity for the growth of the collective that supports the University of Maryland’s student-athletes. The partnership also provides the university and its student body discounted tickets to attend Preakness Live 2024, a full day of live music and entertainment accompanying the 149th rendition of the historic race held on May 18 at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore.
🔼 Turtle Power. Heading into the final month of the regular season, the Maryland baseball boys got a huge weekend series victory in College Park this weekend.
Sam Hojnar blasted not one, but ✌️ HRs to help the Terps past Big Ten leading Illinois, 11-7, in the third and deciding game of the series on Sunday.
Freshman Chris Hacopian also had a HR on the day and now has 11 on the season, the fourth most by a freshman in program history.

🔼 Dreams Becoming A Reality. While the Terps were putting the finishing touches on the spring ball season on Saturday, some of their former teammates were seeing their dreams become a reality.
It all started on Friday at the NFL Draft.
The first name called was DJ Glaze as he was selected in the third round by the Las Vegas Raiders. He was joined by Tarheeb Still, who was drafted by the Los Angeles Chargers in the fifth round.
The pair was then joined by SIX teammates who signed free agent deals of their own: Tre Colbert (Ravens), Gottlieb Ayedze (Eagles), Ja’Quan Sheppard (Raiders), Jeshaun Jones (Vikings), Corey Bullock (Ravens) and Beau Brade (Ravens).

🔼 Welcome To Terp Country. Head Coach Kevin Willard announced the newest Terp on Friday with the signing of Selton Miguel, a former guard at USF. Miguel, the cousin of former Terp standout and current Atlanta Hawk Bruno Fernando, was the American Athletic Conference Sixth Man of the Year and the league's Most Improved Player after averaging 14.7 points per game last season.
