🔼 Three Of A Kind. Hollywood has their own “Awards Season” November through February with the Oscars, Grammys, Golden Globes and much more.

Well, apparently June is Awards Season for the Terps with three members of the Maryland baseball program receiving All-Region accolades over the weekend.

Second Baseman Sam Hojnar was named First Team All-Region, while Eddie Hacopian and Logan Berrier received Second Team All-Region honors.

⚾️: More On The Award-Winning Trio

🔼 Pro Terp Update. Four different former Maryland stars have seen action in the big leagues this season and on Sunday, Brandon Lowe launched his fourth HR of the year into the right field stands in Atlanta.

The HR is 109th of his six-plus year career and he is only the second Terp all-time with 100 or more HRs in the MLB (Charlie Keller is the only other one).

LaMont Wade Jr. is on his way back from a hamstring injury after being sideline late last month after his red-hot start to the 2024 season.

🏈 COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF: 75 DAYS

We’ve got 75 days left until Maryland football is back on the field for its season opener against UConn!

Wearing this season will be #75 Ryan Howerton, a freshman from Laurel, Md.

Nicknamed “The Mountain”, Howerton was a four-star recruit and listed as a top-25 player in the state during his career at St. Vincent Pallotti.
