🔼 Winning Weekend. Maryland volleyball came home from the Kristen Dickmann Invitational with a 2-1 record over the weekend!
The Terps took down Old Dominion on Friday with a 3-0 sweep, and took care of Utah Valley with a 3-1 win on Saturday. Host Navy got the best of the Terps on Sunday, sweeping Maryland 3-0.
It was a historic weekend for Sydney Dowler, who became just the sixth Terp in program history to reach 2,500 career assists.
🔼 Split Decision. No. 3 Maryland field hockey had a split weekend against a pair of ranked, unbeaten opponents.
The Terps dropped their first match of the season against No. 20 Duke, 2-1. Ashlyn Carr scored 29 seconds into the game for Maryland, but that was it for the Terps.

Maryland bounced back with a 1-0 win over No. 17 Boston College on Sunday. Josie Hollamon delivered an overtime goal for the Terps that sealed the win.

🔼 First Win, Check. A day after the Maryland football team picked up its first win of the season against Towson, Maryland women’s soccer did the same with a 1-0 victory over the Tigers.
Ava Morales scored the lone goal of the match, set up by Kennedy Bell’s run and assist.
🔼 3, 2, 1, Draw. No. 20 Maryland men’s soccer played No. 16 Wake Forest to a 0-0 draw on Friday night in front of a lively Ludwig Field crowd.
There wasn’t much offense to be had in the contest, with Maryland not allowing a single shot on goal all evening.

On Monday evening, the Terps dropped a close 2-1 contest at Virginia. All three goals came in the opening 20 minutes, with Maryland’s coming from Stefan Copetti on a beautiful header.
