🔼 Midday In The Midwest! Maryland football’s game at Nebraska on Saturday, Oct. 3 will kick off at 4 p.m. ET on FS1!

🔼 B1G Defender! Maryland field hockey goaltender Alyssa Klebasko has been named the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week!

Klebasko earned two wins this week, including a 4-1 victory over Big Ten opponent Penn State and a shutout against No. 4 Wake Forest, to help No. 5 Maryland improve to 8-0.

🔼 The Stars Were Out! There was some DMV excellence in the building on Saturday night!

🔼 Made It! Luca Ward has never been one to shy away from opportunities.

Whether he’s finding attack lanes on the lacrosse field or setting himself up for success after college, Ward hasn’t let a second go to waste since arriving in College Park.

Through Maryland Made, Ward has maximized his time as a student-athlete, taking everything he can from the resources available to him and using each experience to prepare for lifelong success.

🐢 Solomon Eye Terp of the Week

Maryland field hockey’s Maci Bradford, men’s soccer’s Said El Eyssami, men’s golf’s Will Gregware and volleyball’s Eva Rohrbach are nominated for this week’s Solomon Eye Physicians & Surgeons Terp of the Week — and we want Terps fans to vote!

🐢 ONE BIG THING

🔼 On The Pitch! Since she was young, giving back to those in need has been central to Mia Mitchell’s life. In her time at College Park, Mitchell has connected with Maryland Women's Soccer alum Audra Poulin Esper to take these efforts to the next level.

In November of 2025, Mitchell and Esper worked to provide relief to those affected by Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica. This eye-opening experience showed both athletes how impactful their work can be.
