🔼 Young Terp. New Maryland guard Jayhlon Young has made stops at Baton Rouge Community College, UCF and Memphis before landing in College Park. What made him want to be a Terp?

“I wanted to play for Coach Willard. Also, Coach Norris is here and he recruited me at UCF, so that was part of it, too. I just felt like it was a good basketball program overall with a great staff and roster.”

Frank Wycheck caught more passes than any other tight end in Maryland history wearing No. 22 from 1990-92, hauling in 134 during that time.

Wycheck was just as dominant during his 155-game NFL career, catching over 500 passes for more than 5,000 yards.
