🔼 Road Trip. After three straight matches at home, Maryland women’s soccer begins a three-match road trip today at Navy at 7 p.m.

Navy is 3-2 so far this season and is riding a three-match win streak against Sacred Heart, FDU and Wilson College.

🔼 Donning The Colors. Maryland baseball lefty Omar Melendez has been named as one of 24 players to represent Puerto Rico at the WBSC U-23 Baseball World Cup from Sept. 6-15 in Shaoxing, China!

🔼 Carrying On The Tradition. As the saying goes, the best offense is defense.

Autumn Welsh's defensive prowess undoubtedly keyed Maryland field hockey’s success. Led by Welsh Kelly, the Maryland back line was feared by offenses around the country and played a significant role in the team’s 1999 national championship title.

Welsh Kelly is set to become the 18th Maryland field hockey alumna inducted into the Maryland Athletics Hall of Fame on Oct. 18. Her induction will add to the program’s strong presence in the hall and earn her a place alongside other Terp legends.
