🔼 Call It Even. Maryland women’s soccer played to its second draw of the season on Sunday, matching James Madison in a 1-1 match.

The match was tied at 0-0 until the 83rd minute, when Emily Lenhard scored her first career goal off a corner kick. James Madison responded a few minutes later with the equalizer, however.

🔼 Nothing In Net. Maryland men’s soccer failed to find the net in a 2-0 loss to No. 16 Georgetown on Sunday.

The Terps’ home-opener crowd was 3,996, the largest at Ludwig Field since 4,646 fans packed the place for a matchup against Wake Forest on Sept. 1, 2023.
