🔼 American At Home. Maryland women’s soccer is back home again today, hosting American at 7 p.m.

The Eagles are still looking for their first win of the season, with a draw against George Washington and loss at VMI to begin the year. The Terps are unbeaten against American in series history, holding a 6-0-3 advantage.

🔼 Let’s Get It Started. Maryland men’s soccer’s season is officially here!

The Terps head out onto the road today to take on UMBC for their regular season opener at 7 p.m.

🔼 Candy Bowl. Six Maryland football players have been named to the Reese’s Senior Bowl Watch List — running back Roman Hemby, wide receiver Tai Felton, defensive back Dante Trader Jr., linebacker Ruben Hyppolite II, defensive back Glendon Miller and wide receiver Kaden Prather!

🔼 Been There, Done It. Maryland track and field has announced the hiring of Dezerea Bryant-Moore as an assistant coach!

Bryant-Moore has quite the resume, as a 17-time All-American and collegiate record holder in the 200 meters and later an American champion in the same event.

No. 9 is Billy Edwards Jr., of course! Edwards Jr. comes into the 2024 season riding the momentum of a 2023 TransPerfect Music City Bowl MVP performance, as he threw for 126 yards, ran for 50 more, and scored two touchdowns against Auburn in Nashville.
