🔼 Making History. Maryland women’s basketball alum Alyssa Thomas continues to do things that have never been done before!

On Tuesday she recorded her second triple-double in a row, and at this point in the WNBA season she has more triple-doubles than the rest of the league combined. Her five total triple-doubles this season are more than any other WNBA player has accumulated in an entire career.

On top of that, her 21-point, 20-rebound, 12-assist game on Tuesday was the first of its kind in WNBA history.

🔼 Maryland Mathletics. Over 60 middle school students poured into the Gossett House Auditorium on Thursday, July 20, a dream come true for Dr. Lawrence Clark, Associate Professor of Mathematics at the University of Maryland.

The students were there for the Maryland Sports Data Anlaytics Camp For Youth, more commonly known as Maryland Mathletics.
