🔼 Good Start. Maryland women’s soccer is 1-0!

The Terps went on the road and defeated Lehigh, 2-0, on Thursday to extend their season opener unbeaten streak to eight matches. Kennedy Bell had the honor of scoring the first goal of the season for the Terps, the first of her career, and Ava Morales added the cushion in the 24th minute of action.

Maryland is back in action this Sunday, hosting Stony Brook at 1 p.m. for its home opener.

The Terps will play Michigan State for the 15th time in program history this season on Sept. 7, and will look to extend their win streak to three games against the Spartans!

Quarterbacks Billy Edwards Jr. and Cameron Edge used it in that game, and offensive coordinator Josh Gattis saw it as a tremendous asset.
