Countdown to Kickoff. We only have 3 days until Maryland football is back on the field inside SECU Stadium for its season opener against Florida Atlantic this Saturday!

Taulia Tagovailoa, who wore No. 3 for the Terps from 2020-23, finished his Maryland career as the Big Ten’s all-time leader in passing yards (11,256) and was a finalist for the 2023 William V. Campbell Trophy. Tagovailoa holds 11 school records, including career completions, touchdowns and total offense.

🔼 Food at SECU Stadium! Game days will look a little different at SECU Stadium this year, at least from a food standpoint. Maryland has unveiled its new lineup of concession options that'll be featured at home games in 2025!

🔼 Main Court Mania! Maryland volleyball has announced that its match against defending national champion No. 2 Penn State on Sunday, October 5, will be played on the Xfinity Center main court!

🔼 Fantastic Freshman. Maryland quarterback Malik Washington has been selected as a candidate for The Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year Award watch list!

Washington, a consensus four-star recruit, was an ESPN300 and Rivals 250 selection. He quarterbacked Archbishop Spalding to a Top 10 national ranking and became the first quarterback in league history to win three consecutive MIAA Titles. Washington ended his high school career as the all-time passing leader in MIAA history.
