Countdown to Kickoff. We have 18 days until Maryland football is back on the field inside SECU Stadium for its season opener against Florida Atlantic!

Vernon Davis, who wore No. 18 for the Terps from 2003-05, caught 83 passes for 1,371 yards and nine touchdowns at Maryland before spending 14 seasons in the NFL, where he totaled 583 catches, 7,562 yards and 63 touchdowns.
