We’ve got 36 days left until Maryland football is back on the field for its season opener against UConn!

It’s time for a punter shoutout during the countdown — Adam Podlesh was a four-year starter for the Terps from 2003-06 while wearing No. 36, and earned four consecutive Second Team All-ACC honors!

🐢 ONE BIG THING

🔼 Played With Pride. Today, in particular, seems like a great day to look back on the career of Maryland men’s soccer alum Maurice Edu!

Edu played for the Terps from 2004-06, helping the team reach the NCAA College Cup as a freshman and the program’s first-ever NCAA Championship in 2005.

After his collegiate career was over, Edu represented the United States at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, and played a total of 46 matches for the U.S. national team.
