🔼 Let’s Talk Football. Finally, it’s Maryland football’s turn at Big Ten Media Days in Indianapolis!
Head coach Mike Locksley and student-athletes Tai Felton, Ruben Hyppolite II and Jordan Phillips will all speak with local and national media today, with live coverage on the Big Ten Network.
Locksley’s press conference will air live at Noon, and he will join the BTN studio set at 2:15 p.m.
🔼 Desert Oasis. The NBA Summer League has wrapped up, and Maryland alums Donta Scott and Jahmir Young both played significant roles for their respective teams!
Scott played 15.4 minutes per game for the Golden State Warriors, and scored 10 points in his lone start. Young averaged 9.2 points per game with the Denver Nuggets in just under 18 minutes, including a 21-point game on July 21.

🔼 Add It To The List. Maryland women’s lacrosse has added another honor to a jam-packed trophy case — the Terps are one of 100 Division I programs to earn IWLCA Academic Honor Squad recognition, with 15 individuals selected to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll on top of the team honor!

Lamont Jordan is one of the most electric players to ever wear the Terrapin uniform — his 4,147 rushing yards are the most in Maryland history, and he scored 37 touchdowns in four seasons!
