Shell Shock starts play in the single-elimination, winner-take-all TBT today in Louisville against Gataverse, a Florida alumni team.

In an article on the changing trends in traditional batting practice, Swope had this to say - “I think for years, it’s largely been coaches checking a box. Maybe to feel like they are doing something. But when it comes to preparation, from a mental standpoint, BP is probably more eyewash than anything.”
