🔼 By The Numbers. Maryland was one of just two schools in the country last year to win a football bowl game, a men’s basketball NCAA Tournament game and a women’s basketball NCAA Tournament game.

🔼 Non-Con Schedule Set. Guess no more, Maryland men’s basketball has announced its 2023-24 non-conference schedule!
Coming off a 22-win season and NCAA Second Round appearance in Kevin Willard’s first year at the helm, the Terps have a stacked non-conference schedule with matchups against Villanova, UCLA, Clemson and Davidson, just to name a few.
🔼 Maryland Mourns Lew Perkins. Former Maryland Director of Athletics Lew Perkins passed away at the age of 78 on Tuesday, his family has announced.
Perkins was the Maryland AD from 1987-90, and was responsible for the hiring of Hall of Famer Gary Williams at Maryland.
In addition to his time in College Park, Perkins also served as Director of Athletics at Wichita State (1983-87), Connecticut (1990-2003) and Kansas (2003-10).
🔼 Let’s Get It Started. Seven Terps are ready to rock as the third season of the Athletes Unlimited Professional Women’s Lacrosse League got started last night.
Alex Aust Holman, Abby Bosco, Lizzie Colson, Marge Donovan, Megan Douty, Erica Evans and Grace Griffin will all play in the league, which runs from July 20 to August 13.
