We’ve got 46 days left until Maryland football is back on the field for its season opener against UConn!
Boomer Esiason is one of the best quarterbacks in Maryland history, scoring 46 total touchdowns during his three seasons as the Terps’ starter from 1981-83.
Esiason finished 10th in Heisman Trophy voting in 1983, and would go on to a 14-year career in the NFL, 10 of those seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals.
