🔼 Over, Never Forgotten. What a season it was watching the Dirty Terps mash their way to victory after victory. It’s a shame it had to come to an end in the Winston-Salem Regional, with a 11-10 loss to George Mason in a Sunday elimination game.

Here are some of the accomplishments Maryland tallied this season that won’t soon be forgotten:

🐢 Big Ten regular season champs for the second consecutive year

🐢 Big Ten Tournament champs for the first time in school history

🐢 Program records in runs scored (578), hits (684), walks (385), RBI (552)

🐢 Individual single-season records in home runs (Nick Lorusso and Matt Shaw), RBI (Lorusso), hits (Lorusso), runs (Luke Shliger), walks (Shliger)

🔼 How ‘Bout The First Two. There were plenty of highlights from Maryland’s first two games of the NCAA Winston-Salem Regional. Here’s how it all went down:

Game One: Maryland 7, Northeastern 2
