🔼 Raising The Bar. The Bears are finding out what the rest of College Park already knew… Ruben Hyppolite is a difference maker.
In his first mini camp with the Bears, the former Terp turned heads and drew praise from new head coach Ben Johnson late last week.
Hyppolite was a fourth-round pick of Chicago’s in April’s NFL Draft.

🔼 Breaking Barriers. After watching her star on the court at Maryland, it comes as no surprise that former Terp All-American Katie Benzan continues to find success after graduation.
On Monday, it was reported that Benzan will take over the GM position with the Salt Lake City Stars of the NBA’s G League, becoming just the second current female G-League GM.

🔼 Movin’ On Up. A lights out start to his 2025 season earned former Terp Jason Savacool a promotion in the St. Louis Cardinals system.
On Monday, the right-hander was promoted to High-A Peoria after posting a 4-2 record with a minuscule 1.61 ERA in 56 innings pitched for the Palm Beach Cardinals this spring.

Under Armour has produced limited edition merchandise available exclusively for new members of the One Maryland Collective. The merchandise features a vintage logo that will be exclusive to Under Armour.
The “Terrapin Throwback” initiative was inspired by Coach Locksley, who last year started wearing one-of-a-kind hoodies featuring vintage marks. The unique hoodies were quickly noticed on social media and message boards, and demand quickly mounted.
