🔼 Kicking It Off. No. 6 Maryland women’s lacrosse begins NCAA Tournament play today, hosting MAAC champion Fairfield at noon at the Maryland Field Hockey and Lacrosse Complex.
The other side of the region will see Penn and Army match-up at 3 p.m., on Friday. The winners of each contest will face each other in the second round on Sunday, May 11. All of the games will air on ESPN Plus.

🔼 Tournament Time. No. 2 Maryland men’s lacrosse opens the NCAA Tournament on Sunday, hosting ASUN champ Air Force at 2:30 p.m. at SECU Stadium.
The Falcons went on the road and beat Robert Morris, 14-9, on Wednesday to advance to Sunday’s matchup with the Terps.

🔼 All The All-Americans. Six Maryland men's lacrosse players received USA Lacrosse All-American honors on Thursday afternoon — Will Schaller was named to the First Team, Logan McNaney earned Second Team recognition, and Eric Kolar was named to the Third Team. Eric Spanos, Matthew Keegan, and Jack McDonald were all recognized as Honorable Mentions.
Maryland women’s lacrosse was represented by a trio of Terps — Kori Edmondson was named to the First Team, while both Kayla Gilmore and Neve O’Ferrall were both named Honorable Mention.
🥍 MEN: Six Terps Earn USA Lacrosse All-American Honors
🥍 WOMEN: Three Terps Collect USA Lacrosse All-American Honors
🔼 Gopher Games. Maryland baseball hits the road for the final time this weekend, traveling to Minnesota for a three-game series with the Golden Gophers.
The Terps and Gophers are tied in the Big Ten standings with eight wins apiece in conference play.
