🔼 Mark Your Calendars. The Big Ten has announced kickoff times and television designations for Maryland football’s first three games!
Saturday, August 30 vs. Florida Atlantic — noon on BTN
Friday, September 5 vs. Northern Illinois — 7:30 p.m. on BTN
Saturday, September 13 vs. Towson — noon on Peacock
🔼 Ticket Punched. Maryland track and field is through two days at the NCAA East First Round in Jacksonville, Fla., with competition thus far highlighted by Chioma Njoku improving on her school record in the women’s hammer throw with a mark of 65.50m and punching her ticket to the NCAA Championships!
🔼 New Terp. Maryland women’s tennis has announced the signing of Emma Ghirardato, a sophomore transfer from Oklahoma!
Ghirardato earned a career-high ranking of 64 in the ITF (International Tennis Federation) and won two singles titles, including the Palermo J3, and three doubles titles, including Vrsar and Asuncion.

🔼 The Next Step. Ten Terrapins have been awarded M Club Rodman Postgraduate Scholarships in 2025. The M Club awards $5,000 scholarships yearly to former student-athletes looking to continue their education post-graduation. Overall, the M Club awarded $50,000 in postgraduate scholarship support. A record 33 Terps applied for the scholarship this year.
