🔼 Lights, Camera, Final Four! It’s Final Four weekend for No. 3 Maryland women’s lacrosse, which is in Chicago for an NCAA Semifinal matchup today at 3 p.m. against No. 2 North Carolina!
The Terrapins are making their 29th Final Four appearance, extending the NCAA women's lacrosse record for the most all time.

Finding Hope in the Midst of Depression
According to the CDC, 13.1% of Americans aged 12 years and older suffer from depression in the past two weeks. Depression can be caused by many things, and is usually easily treatable with professional help with therapy or medications. However, an estimated 30% of cases are difficult to treat. Here is the inspirational journey of a woman who battled depression after the death of her mother and how she found relief.
