🔼 Report From The Course! Maryland women’s golf closed out the Terps Invitational at the University of Maryland Golf Course on Monday, finishing third as a team in the 16-team field!
Anna Pillard led the Terps and finished tied for sixth individually with a score of 218 (73-72-73), which was +2. She made five birdies and parred or birdied 48 of 54 holes in the event.
🔼 Hittin’ The Road! Maryland baseball plays the first of two midweek road games today, traveling to Catonsville for a 4 p.m. first pitch at UMBC. The Retrievers are 16-10 this season and 5-1 so far in AEC play.
The Terps will play at Navy (18-12, 5-7 Patriot League) tomorrow at 3 p.m.
🔼 Adding To The Bench! Maryland volleyball head coach Adam Hughes announced the addition of Fran Bolletino and Michael Ma as assistant coaches on Monday!
🔼 Top Terp! Maryland men’s lacrosse’s Riley Reese is the Solomon Eye Physicians & Surgeons Terp of the Week!
Reese played a key role in Maryland's 8–7 overtime victory over Ohio State, helping the Terps' defense hold the Buckeyes to just seven goals. He recorded a team-high two caused turnovers and led all defenders with three ground balls. The close defender also scored the game-winning goal in overtime during transition, securing Maryland's first top-10 win of the season.
