🔼 Star-Studded Showcase! As the University of Maryland celebrated Maryland Day across campus, the Maryland football took the field at SECU Stadium for their first-ever Spring Showcase as the Terps put a fun twist on spring football focused around creating a new experience for Maryland fans!
🔼 Survive And Advance! No. 3 seed Maryland men’s lacrosse was victorious in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament on Saturday, beating No. 6 seed Rutgers to advance to the tournament’s semifinals, 13-10!
The Terps, who had nine different goal scorers against the Scarlet Knights, will play No. 2 seed Penn State for a spot in the Big Ten Tournament title game on Thursday.
🔼 Just Short. No. 4 Maryland women’s lacrosse came within a goal of knocking off No. 2 Northwestern in the championship game of the Big Ten Tournament on Sunday, falling to the Wildcats in overtime, 8-7.
Kori Edmondson and Maisy Clevenger both scored twice while Kristen Shanahan collected four points.

🔼 Historic Run! No. 7 seed Maryland women’s tennis pushed its way all the way to the semifinals of the Big Ten Championships in Columbus, Ohio over the weekend, upsetting No. 2 seed and 12th-ranked USC in the quarterfinals!
After beating the Trojans, the Terps advanced to play No. 3 seed Michigan in the semifinals, falling to the Wolverines.
🔼 B1G Finish. Maryland women’s golf closed out play at the Big Ten Championships at Oakmont Country Club in Glendale, Calif., on Sunday, finishing 13th in the 18-team field.
Senior Surapa Janthamunee tied for 42nd with a score of 224 (79-71-74), which was +14. Sophomore Anna Pillard earned a score of 226 (73-76-77).
🔼 Hot Finish! Maryland softball closed out its 2026 season on a high note Sunday, winning the rubber match of its series against Michigan State in East Lansing, 7-2!
Eight different Terps recorded hits in the win, including Anna McGowan, who collected her team-leading 37th RBI.
🔼 Spartan Series. Maryland baseball dropped the rubber match of its series at Michigan State on Sunday, falling to the Spartans, 13-1.
The Terps won Game 1 of the series on Friday night, exploding for 18 runs. David Mendez, Devin Russell, Jordan Crosland, Bud Coombs and Brayden Martin all homered in the victory.

🔼 The Pick Is In! Maryland defensive back Jalen Huskey was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the third round of the 2026 NFL Draft on Friday night!
With Huskey's selection, Maryland has now had a player chosen in nine straight and 30 of the last 32 NFL Drafts. Huskey, who was chosen No. 100 overall, is Maryland's eighth defensive back selected in the last eight NFL Drafts.
