🔼 Survive And Advance. Down 14 points after the first quarter on Thursday, No. 8 seed Maryland women’s basketball came storming back against No. 9 seed Illinois, winning 75-65 to advance to the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament today versus No. 1 seed Ohio State.

🔼 Top-10 Showdown. No. 9 Maryland women’s lacrosse has its biggest matchup of the year to this point on Sunday, hosting No. 2 James Madison at 11 a.m.
The Dukes are 6-0 on the year, with ranked wins over No. 3 North Carolina and No. 24 UConn to this point.
Maryland and James Madison have been playing since 1999, with the Terps owning a 15-5 advantage overall and 8-2 record in College Park.
🔼 Gang’s All Here. All of Big Ten wrestling ascends upon College Park this weekend, as the Terps are set to host the Big Ten Championships Saturday and Sunday!
This is the first time Maryland has hosted the Big Ten Championships, after having previously hosted the ACC Championships 15 times from 1954 to 2014.

🔼 One More. Maryland men’s basketball wraps up its regular season on the road this Sunday, traveling to Pennsylvania to take on Penn State at 7:30 p.m. on the Big Ten Network.
The Terps and Nittany Lions matched up all the way back on Dec. 6, with Maryland pulling out a 81-75 victory in overtime at the XFINITY Center.
🔼 Baker’s Dozen. After matching zeros with Saint Peter’s through the first three innings of its home opener on Thursday, Maryland softball erupted for 13 runs in the fourth frame and went on to win 13-0 in five innings.
The Terps stay in town this weekend, hosting Boston College for a three-game series starting this afternoon at 3 p.m.
🔼 Best Of Four. Maryland gymnastics took care of business at the Temple Quad Meet on Thursday, putting together a score of 197.050 to beat Temple, NC State and Penn.
The Gym Terps’ weekend isn’t over quite yet, as they travel to Towson on Sunday for a dual meet.
🔼 Down Brown. No. 7 Maryland men’s lacrosse is back home this weekend, hosting Brown at noon tomorrow.
The Terps are 4-1 so far this season, looking to bounce back from their lone loss last weekend to No. 6 Notre Dame.
🔼 Gone Hittin’. Maryland baseball kicks off a seven-game road trip this weekend with a three-gamer at Charlotte.
The Terps are coming off a sweep of Bryant last weekend, while the 49ers dropped a series to Old Dominion before beating Western Carolina in a midweek contest.

🔼 Courting The Cornhuskers. It’s Big Ten season already for No. 49 Maryland women’s tennis, which travels to No. 75 Nebraska today to take on the Cornhuskers at 3 p.m.
The Cornhuskers are 9-1 on the season, their one loss coming to Harvard back at the end of January.
