🔼 Survive And Advance. Postseason play is here for Maryland men’s basketball, as the No. 12 seed Terps take on No. 13 seed Rutgers today at 6:30 p.m. in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament at the Target Center in Minneapolis.

Maryland and Rutgers split a pair of matchups in the regular season, both winning road matchups. The Terps took the most recent game in Piscataway, 63-46.

🔼 B1G Honors. A menace to opposing defenses all season long, Maryland men’s basketball’s Jahmir Young has been rewarded with an All-Big Ten First Team nod by the media!

On top of Young’s honor, Julian Reese and Donta Scott were both named All-Big Ten Honorable Mention, and DeShawn Harris-Smith was named a member of the Big Ten All-Freshman Team.

🔼 Late Dramatics. It took just one big swing of the bat courtesy of Sydney Lewis on Tuesday for Maryland softball to take down Virginia, 2-1.

Down 1-0 heading into the bottom of the sixth inning, Lewis connected for a two-run, game-winning home run.

Bri Godfrey and Courtney Wyche combined to keep Virginia mostly quiet in the circle, allowing just five hits.

🔼 Comeback Mounted. Trailing at multiple points during its game at Mount St. Mary’s on Tuesday, Maryland baseball scored six runs in the final three frames to beat the Mount, 6-4.

Brayden Martin and Jordan Crosland both had two hits for the Terps, and Eddie Hacopian drove in a pair.
