🔼 Welcome, Wildcats. The season grows shorter, and the importance of each game grows — Maryland men’s basketball is at home tonight, taking on a Northwestern team at 7 p.m. that currently sits in a tie for third place in the Big Ten at 10-6 in conference play.

🔼 Over Early. Maryland baseball scored seven runs on one hit in the first inning against Georgetown on Tuesday, and the Terps were off and running from there in a 14-5 win over the Hoyas.

Alex Calarco led the Terp offense, driving in four runs on two hits and scoring two runs, while Kevin Keister and Sam Hojnar both hit home runs.

Maryland is back on the diamond again today, taking on VCU in Richmond, Va. at 1 p.m.

🔼 Future Football. Maryland football has announced two future opponents — the Terps will host FAU on August 30, 2025 and will welcome Hampton on September 5, 2026!

🔼 Winner, Winner. Maryland women’s golf finished second among 16 teams competing at the Chevron Collegiate, with Nicha Kanpai picking up her first individual title, shooting a program-record 204 over the three-round tournament!

🔼 Lowest Yet. Maryland men’s golf posted its lowest round of the season in Tuesday’s final round at the Dorado Beach Collegiate, shooting 277 to finish 11th in a 17-team field.

🔼 Conference Crowns. Maryland men’s lacrosse earned a pair of conference awards on Tuesday — Eric Spanos was named the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week, and Luke Wierman was named the Specialist of the Week!
