🔼 Beat The Buzzer. Maryland guard Jahmir Young played hero for the Terps once again on Wednesday night, laying the ball in with 1.7 seconds left to break a 67-67 tie at Iowa and get a win for his squad!

The Terps trailed by as many as 10 points in the first half, but 17 second-half points from Young helped make up the deficit.

🔼 Road Fight. Maryland women’s basketball led for much of its Wednesday night contest at Michigan, but a second-half surge from the Wolverines pushed the game to overtime, where they came away with a 79-77 win over the Terps.

Jakia Brown-Turner led Maryland with 21 points, while Lavender Briggs (14 points), Allie Kubek (14) and Shyanne Sellers (11) joined her in double figures.
