๐ผ Heโs Coming Back! University of Maryland quarterback and freshman All-American candidate Malik Washington announced Saturday that he will remain with the Terrapin football program!
In his first season behind center, Washington has garnered conference and national attention. This season, he was named Big Ten Rookie of the Week twice, selected to the Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year Watch List and named to the On3 Midseason True Freshman All-American Team.

๐ผ High-Scoring Affair. Maryland menโs basketball went toe-to-toe with No. 2 Michigan on Saturday, but the unbeaten Wolverines ultimately escaped with a 101-83 win at XFINITY Center.
David Coit had a huge night for the Terps, scoring 31 points and shooting 8-of-12 from three-point range. He hit a trio of buckets from deep in the game's first four minutes as Maryland built an early lead. Coit posted Maryland's third 30+ point performance of the season.

๐ผ Pitted Against Pitt. Maryland wrestling suffered its first dual loss of the season over the weekend, falling at home to No. 16 Pitt, 35-3.
No. 12 Braxton Brown earned the lone win for the Terps, a 4-1 decision at 133 pounds.
