🔼 Movin’ On. No. 3 seed Maryland field hockey put together a fantastic performance against No. 6 seed Iowa on Thursday in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament, winning 2-0 to advance to today’s semifinal round!

Hope Rose and Sammy Popper scored goals for the Terps, and Margot Lawn and Maci Bradford added assists.

The Terps will face No. 2 seed Rutgers today at 3:30 p.m. for a spot in the Big Ten championship game.

🔼 Dominant Start. We can’t think of a much better way to start the season — No. 21 Maryland wrestling took down American 30-7 on Thursday.

Four of the Terps’ nine wins came by bonus points, with technical falls coming from Jaxon Smith and Kal Miller.

🔼 Cold Weather. Maryland volleyball heads to the mitten this weekend for a pair of matches against Michigan State and Michigan.

The Terps (5-7 B1G) are in East Lansing tonight to take on the Spartans (6-6 B1G), who are one game ahead of Maryland in the Big Ten standings.

Ann Arbor will be the sight of Sunday’s matchup between the Terps and Wolverines (2-10 B1G).

🔼 Reaching For The Stars. Isaac Bunyun wants to become a pilot and fly around the world in 80 days.

He knows it’s a lofty goal, but so too was his goal of earning a scholarship to play football at Maryland after immigrating to the United States from Ghana in 2013. And he did that!
