🔼 Came Out Firing. Maryland football scored on its first four possessions against Rutgers on Saturday, running and throwing all over the field in a 42-24 win to finish the regular season at 7-5.

Plenty of history was made during the game — quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa surpassed Purdue’s Curtis Painter to become the most prolific passer in Big Ten history, and Jeshaun Jones became the eighth Terp with 2,000 receiving yards in a career.

🔼 Win Again. Maryland men’s basketball ran its home win streak to 14 games on Saturday with a 68-55 win over South Alabama.

The Terps won with a balanced attack — Donta Scott (19 points), Julian Reese (19), Jahmir Young (16) and Jordan Geronimo (14) all scored in double figures.

🔼 Flying Home With A Win. Maryland women’s basketball wrapped up the Cancun Challenge on Saturday with a big 92-63 win over UMass to move to 4-3 on the season.

Jakia Brown-Turner led the way with 17 points and four rebounds, while seven Terps scored at least eight points against the Minutewomen.

🔼 Finished Strong. Maryland volleyball closed out its 2023 season on a high note, taking down Rutgers in five sets on Friday to secure a winning record on the season!
