🔼 JuJu Power. Maryland men’s basketball’s Julian Reese has been named to the Karl Malone Power Forward of the Year Watch List, the second year in a row he has made the list!

Last season, Reese finished as one of the top performers on the Maryland roster. Reese finished the season averaging 13.7 points and 9.5 rebounds. Reese's 9.5 rebounds per game was the third-best mark in the Big Ten, while his 1.9 blocks ranked fifth. Reese finished the season with All-Big Ten Honorable mention recognition.

🔼 Double Dip. Maryland volleyball plays a pair of home matches this weekend, welcoming No. 11 Purdue and Indiana to the XFINITY Center Pavilion.

The Boilermakers (7-3 B1G) and Terps play today at 6:30 p.m., with the Hoosiers (3-7 B1G) in town tomorrow for a 7 p.m. matchup.

🔼 The Real Deal. Maryland wrestling season is officially here!

The Terps open up their regular season this Sunday, hosting both Kent State and Bucknell at the XFINITY Center Pavilion.

Maryland and Kent State haven’t met since the 2021-22 season, while the Terps haven’t seen Bucknell since the 2011-2012 season.

🔼 B1G Race. Maryland women’s cross country toes the line at its biggest race of the season so far today, running in the Big Ten Championships in Champaign, Ill.

The Terps finished 10th at last year’s Big Ten Championships, and are coming off a 16th-place finish at the Princeton Fall Classic on Oct. 18.

🔼 Closing Time. No. 7 Maryland field hockey finishes up its regular season on the road this weekend, traveling to University Park, Pa. today to play No. 17 Penn State at 4 p.m.

The Terps are alone in second place in the Big Ten standings heading into the season’s final weekend, one game up on both Ohio State and Michigan. Penn State is tied for seventh at 2-5.

🔼 Fort Worth Weekend. Maryland women’s tennis is in Texas this weekend, playing at the TCU Jae Foundation Fall Open.

Eight Terps will compete — Diya Challa, Aida Eissa, Tamari Gagoshidze, Danielle Hack, Katherine Hung, Ema Kovacevic, Kallista Liu and Oliwia Orlinska.
