🔼 B1G Time Battle. Maryland football led by as many as 10 points against No. 4 Ohio State and pushed the Buckeyes throughout the game, but ultimately fell 37-17 in front of almost 105,000 fans in Ohio Stadium.

🔼 Making History. For the first time in program history, Maryland volleyball was victorious over Minnesota on Friday night!

The Terps beat the No. 16 Gophers in a five-set thriller, with Sam Csire collecting 20 kills.

Maryland was back at it again on Saturday night, dropping its match against Indiana in straight sets.

🔼 Sweep The Weekend. No. 9 Maryland field hockey picked up a pair of wins over the weekend to move to 10-3 on the season!

The Terps took down Michigan State on Friday by a 3-0 final score. Margot Lawn scored twice, and Hope Rose scored her team-high 11th goal of the season.

A goal from Sammy Popper late in the third quarter against American gave Maryland its second win of the weekend, this one a 2-1 final tally.

🔼 Seniors Shines. It was fitting that senior Stefan Copetti scored the lone goal of the match between Maryland and Bowling Green on the Terps’ Senior Night!

Copetti’s goal was his second of the year, and combined with senior Jamie Lowell’s three saves, gave the Terps a big 1-0 win.

🔼 Locked ‘Til Late. Maryland and Rutgers women’s soccer were tied in a scoreless defensive battle through most of the match on Saturday, but a penalty kick goal from the Scarlet Knights in the 85th minute proved to be the difference.

Liz Beardsley grabbed four saves in the contest to keep things close throughout.

Jahmir Young and Julian Reese were both recognized, marking the first time since 2019-20 (Anthony Cowan Jr., Jalen Smith) that the Terps have two players on the preseason list.
