🔼 Making History. Maryland football Is 5-0 for the first time since “Training Day” was the No. 1 movie at the box office!
The Terps crushed Indiana 44-17 at home on Saturday, and are still yet to win a game by less than 18 points this season.

🔼 Terps Outrun Lions. No. 8 Maryland field hockey doubled up No. 16 Penn State in its Big Ten home opener, winning 4-2.
Maci Bradford scored three minutes into the game and the Terps were off and running, growing their lead to 4-0 in the third quarter. Josie Hollamon scored twice in the contest, and Hope Rose found the net, too.
🔼 Defensive Battle. Maryland volleyball dropped its Sunday contest at No. 22 Ohio State in straight sets.
Both teams hit under .150 in the contest, with Anastasia Russ and Laila Ivey both registering five kills for the Terps.
🔼 Not The Terps’ Day. Liz Beardsley had five saves in the first half and two more in the second, but the shots kept coming from No. 22 Michigan, and the Wolverines took down Maryland women’s soccer 4-0 on Sunday.
The Terps had eight shots overall and two on goal, but none found the net.
🔼 Nothing Against NW. Maryland men’s soccer was blanked by No. 16 Northwestern over the weekend, 2-0.
The match was close for much of the time — two goals in 10 minutes for the Wildcats in the 43rd and 53rd minutes were the difference.
