🔼 Alone At The Top. No. 12 Maryland men’s soccer earned a 2-1 come-from-behind victory against Michigan State on Saturday in a matchup between the two top teams in the Big Ten standings!
Trailing 1-0 deep into the contest, the Terps received a goal from Colin Griffith in the 73rd minute to tie the score and Sadam Masereka followed with a game-winning strike in the 82nd minute.
Maryland now sits alone at the top of the Big Ten standings with 13 points.

🔼 That’s A Winner. Maryland volleyball earned its first Big Ten win of the year on Saturday, taking down Rutgers in three sets at the XFINITY Center Pavilion!
Samantha Schnitta continued her serving dominance, adding five more service aces to her season tally. Sydney Bryant led the Terps with 13 kills, Lilly Gunter led in digs (12) and Sydney Dowler led in assists (30).

🔼 Twice A Winner. No. 5 Maryland field hockey double-dipped in the win column on the road this weekend, picking up a pair of shutout wins over Indiana and No. 10 Iowa.
The Terps beat the Hoosiers 3-0 on Friday with two goals from Hope Rose and one from Josie Hollamon. Sunday’s win over the Hawkeyes was 5-0 with two goals from Ella Gaitan and one apiece from Annemijn Klijnhout, Maci Bradford and Rose.

🔼 Running Coats. Maryland women’s cross country was back on the course this Saturday after two weeks off, finishing 28th in a highly-competitive field at the 50th annual Paul Short Invitational.
Rose Coats led the way for the Terps, finishing 14th overall in a field of 371 runners.
🔼 Clash In Columbus. Maryland women’s soccer traveled to Ohio on Friday night, falling 3-0 to No. 7 Ohio State in Columbus.
Goalkeeper Liz Beardsley continued to add to her impressive saves total, collecting three more to push her season total to 54, which is second in the Big Ten.
