After completing 39-of-50 passes for a career-high 373 in an epic come-from-behind victory over USC on Saturday, the honors are starting to come in for Billy Edwards Jr. ā€” the Terpsā€™ signal caller has been named the DC Touchdown Club Player of the Week and to the Davey Oā€™Brien Great 8!

šŸ”¼ Preseason Podium. Maryland womenā€™s basketball head coach Brenda Frese was at the podium on Monday to talk about her 2024-25 squad at the Terpsā€™ annual media day!

šŸ”¼ All Square. In a battle of top-20 teams at Ludwig Field on Monday, No. 6 Maryland menā€™s soccer played No. 19 UCLA to a 1-1 draw.

The Terps scored first thanks to a goal from Sadam Masereka in the 25th minute, but the Bruins found an equalizer in the 56th.

Maryland remains unbeaten in Big Ten play at 5-0-2, and sits at 8-1-5 overall on the season with just three matches left until postseason play begins.

šŸ”¼ Red, White & Blue. Maryland baseball alum and former Big Ten Player of the Year Matt Shaw has been named to the Team USA roster for the Premier12 Tournament in Guadalajara and Tepic, Mexico!

This season, Abbott and the Big Ten are pitting school against school in the largest blood donation competition of our lifetime to fight the largest blood shortage in a generation.

University of Marylandā€™s Blood Drive is on October 28th from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. in the Presidentā€™s Suite at Tyser Tower inside SECU Stadium. Want the Terps to win? Then don't give up. Give blood. Every donation scores one point for your school on the leaderboard.

The winning school will receive $1 million to advance student or community health. Individual donors will be offered a free one-month subscription to B1G+ and will be entered to win a trip to the 2024 DiscoverĀ® Big Ten Football Championship Game on December 7, 2024.
