🔼 Happy Homecoming! Maryland football will play in its 102nd Homecoming game tomorrow, hosting USC (3-3, 1-3 B1G) at SECU Stadium at 4 p.m. on FS1! Get ready for Homecoming with us:

🔼 B1G Matchups. One of the most important weekends of the season is here for No. 8 Maryland field hockey, as the Terps host a pair of top-10 teams in No. 3 Ohio State and No. 7 Michigan.

The Buckeyes (11-1, 2-1 B1G) are in town today for a 5 p.m. game, before the Wolverines (10-1, 3-0 B1G) visit in Sunday at noon.

🔼 Fighting Foes. Maryland volleyball plays its third consecutive ranked opponent tonight with No. 16 USC in town for a 7 p.m. contest at the XFINITY Center Pavilion.

The Trojans are 12-4 overall on the season and 4-2 in their inaugural Big Ten season.

On Sunday, the Terps leave town to play at Illinois (12-5, 4-3 B1G) at 2 p.m.

🔼 On The Run. Maryland women’s cross country has its final tune-up before the Big Ten Championships this weekend, running at the Princeton Fall Classic this morning at the Meadows Campus at Princeton University.

🔼 Gopher Game. Maryland women’s soccer dropped a close match on the road Thursday at Minnesota, 1-0.

The Terps managed three shot attempts, but none found the net. Liz Beardsley collected five more saves and now has 66 on the season, third-most in the Big Ten.

Maryland is back out on the pitch this Sunday, playing at Wisconsin at 1 p.m.

This season, Abbott and the Big Ten are pitting school against school in the largest blood donation competition of our lifetime to fight the largest blood shortage in a generation.

University of Maryland’s Blood Drive is on October 28th from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. in the President’s Suite at Tyser Tower inside SECU Stadium. Want the Terps to win? Then don't give up. Give blood. Every donation scores one point for your school on the leaderboard.

The winning school will receive $1 million to advance student or community health. Individual donors will be offered a free one-month subscription to B1G+ and will be entered to win a trip to the 2024 Discover® Big Ten Football Championship Game on December 7, 2024.
