🔼 Offensive Outburst. No. 8 Maryland women’s basketball put together one of its best offensive performances of the season on Tuesday night against No. 24 Minnesota, shooting 53 percent from the field, 46 percent from 3-point range and 100 percent from the free throw line in a 99-92 win over the Gophers.
Shyanne Sellers scored 27 points to lead the Terps, her third consecutive game scoring 20 or more. Kaylene Smikle added 19 points, and Allie Kubek contributed 17 points off the bench.

One of the greatest wide receivers in Terrapin football history and a member of the Canadian Football League Hall of Fame, Geroy Simon has been named Executive Director of Revenue Share Management and General Manager for Maryland Athletics as announced by Damon Evans, the Barry P. Gossett Director of Athletics.

🔼 State-Of-The-Art. On Feb. 14, 2024, the ground was officially broken on Maryland baseball’s new Stanley Bobb Baseball Performance Center.
Today, less than a year later, the impressive facility is complete. It allows baseball student-athletes to train year-round in a climate-controlled environment where they can hone their skills regardless of the conditions. The 8,500-square-foot facility features defined spaces for pitchers and hitters and technology upgrades for increased analytics.

🔼 The Coretta Scott King Classic is less than a week away. The Maryland women's basketball team will play in the inaugural Coretta Scott King Classic on Monday, Jan. 20, 2025 with the Terrapins taking on Texas at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.
The Coretta Scott King Classic (CSKC) was formed to honor the legacy of Mrs. King and celebrate female empowerment in sports. Check out what Maryland Graduate Student Guard/Forward Mir McLean has to say about the importance of playing in this inaugural event.
