🔼 Queen’s Court. Led by a career-high 27 points from Derik Queen, Maryland men’s basketball picked up its third Big Ten win of the season on Monday night, 77-71, over Minnesota at XFINITY Center.
The Terps trailed at halftime for just the second time this season, but outscored the Gophers 45-36 in the second half to secure the win. Rodney Rice added 21 points, and Ja’Kobi Gillespie scored 15.

Miller went 2-0 as part of a historic weekend for the Terps, earning a pivotal 4-2 win in a dual victory over No. 10 Michigan and a dominant 22-9 win in a victory over Michigan State.
🔼 The Coretta Scott King Classic is less than a week away. The Maryland women's basketball team will play in the inaugural Coretta Scott King Classic on Monday, Jan. 20, 2025 with the Terrapins taking on Texas at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.
The Coretta Scott King Classic (CSKC) was formed to honor the legacy of Mrs. King and celebrate female empowerment in sports. Check out what Maryland Head Coach Brenda Frese has to say about the importance of playing in this inaugural event.
Under Armour has produced limited edition merchandise available exclusively for new members of the One Maryland Collective. The merchandise features a vintage logo that will be exclusive to Under Armour.
The “Terrapin Throwback” initiative was inspired by Coach Locksley, who last year started wearing one-of-a-kind hoodies featuring vintage marks. The unique hoodies were quickly noticed on social media and message boards, and demand quickly mounted.
