🔼 Comeback Terps. The No. 10 Maryland women's lacrosse team came from behind to beat Johns Hopkins on Wednesday, 13-12.

In a back-and-forth contest from the start, it was late goals from Libby May, Shaylan Ahearn, and Kori Edmondson that pushed the Terps to victory.

🔼 This Was March. From March Madness runs, historic performances from gymnastics, wins on the lacrosse, baseball, and softball fields and more, March was a great month.

🔼 Couple Close Ones. Maryland softball dropped a pair of close games on the road to Big Ten foe Rutgers on Wednesday.

In game one, the Terps carried a 3-0 lead into the bottom of the seventh, but the Scarlet Knights rallied for four runs and won, 4-3. Courtney Wyche carried a no-hitter into the seventh inning for the Terps.

Game two was back-and-forth, and the Terps took a 2-1 lead in the fourth inning, but Rutgers came back again and won 5-2.

🔼 Fab Frosh. For the second time this season, Braden Erksa was named Big Ten Freshman of the Week.

Erksa grabbed his second career hat trick and tied his career-best with four points last Saturday against Michigan.

🤔 TERPS TRIVIA

Bright Future. Braden Erksa isn't the first Terps men's lacrosse player to earn Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors this year.

🐢 ONE BIG THING

Two decades ago, it was pure coincidence when former Maryland softball player Lindsay Klein and former Terps football player Andrew Crummey ran into each other on campus.

Still, their interactions blossomed into a lifelong relationship, marriage, and family.
